State Police Update 10 Most Wanted Poster

HARRISBURG, June 5, 2008 State Police are seeking information on individuals featured in a newly updated “10 most wanted fugitive poster,” which is available online, Commissioner Jeffrey B. Miller announced today.

 

“Tips from citizens can be crucial to law enforcement agencies,” Miller said.  “We’re asking members of the public to see who is on the poster.  If you have information about someone, call the state police terrorism/fugitive tipline at 1-888-292-1919.”

 

The poster can be viewed by clicking the online tip submission link at www.psp.state.pa.us.

 

Those listed on the latest version of the 10 most wanted poster are:

·        John Caro, last known address of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, who is wanted for attempted homicide in connection with a December 2006 shooting;

·        Lance W. Crawford, last known address of Philadelphia, wanted for a February homicide;

·        Juan Manuel Gonzalez, last known address of Reading, Berks County, wanted for an August 1996 homicide;

·        Robert Radames Herrera, last known address of Reading, wanted for an August 1998 homicide;

·        Robert Stephen Malak, last known address of Dallas, Luzerne County, wanted for a 1996 attempted homicide;

·        Israel Mendoza, last known address of Reading, wanted for an August 1998 homicide;

·        Francis G. Miranda, last known address of Bethlehem, Northampton County, wanted for a 1994 homicide;

·        Hanh Duc Nguyen, last known address of Philadelphia, wanted for a March homicide;

·        Stanley Obas, last known address of Brooklyn, N.Y., wanted for a 1996 homicide;

·        Russell Rehrig Jr., last known addresses of Allentown, Lehigh County, and Pottsville, Schuylkill County, wanted for several counts of rape.

 

Miller said the poster was prepared by the State Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit and will be disseminated by law information agencies around the state.
