BLAIRSVILLE, Pa. — On Wednesday, a jury found Kevin Foley guilty of murdering Blairsville dentist John Yelenic, but attention has already turned to a lawsuit the victim’s family has filed against the former state police trooper.

The evidence is undeniable. Kevin Foley did indeed kill the doctor. He was so full of hate for Yelenic that he flew into a rage against the doctor. Besides, there are videos showing his vehicle in the area of Yelenic’s home around the time of the killing and DNA of Foley found under the doctor’s finger. The DNA in it self proved that Foley was the murderer. Other evidence also entered into court proceedings was stacked against Foley!

What about Yelenic’s wife who was living with the murderer? Has she been arrested for lying about Foley’s whereabouts during the murder? She indeed knew Foley did it and lied for him. I’m so glad that Foley is locked up. What a narcissist as is anyone who believes he is innocent.
