Are Pa. state police profiling Latino motorists? Yes, the ACLU says in federal lawsuit

Are Pennsylvania state troopers illegally using racial profiling to target Latino motorists for traffic stops so they can check their immigration status?
Yes, the American Civil Liberties Union contends in the second of two federal lawsuits on the dispute that it has filed against the state police since April.
In the new suit, filed in U.S. Middle District Court in Harrisburg, the ACLU cites five cases – two in Cumberland County and one each in Adams, York and Bucks counties – where it claims troopers confronted drivers merely because of their Latino appearance.
