Today We Honor Those Who Have Served And Are Serving In The United States Armed Forces


Those that will not be home for Thanksgiving or Christmas and just might be wondering again, “What am I doing here?”

Veterans Day (originally known as Armistice Day) is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11, for honoring military veterans, that is, persons who have served in the United States Armed Forces.


I thought when Lee surrendered we would fight no more
But the ghost of Lee can still see us fight the civil war
