BREAKING: ICE responds to our @FoxNews reporting showing the agency mass releasing single adult male migrants in Brownsville, TX. ICE says they focus enforcement on public safety threats, and those they deem suitable for release are subject to reporting requirements. @FoxNews

A reminder, between March and August, more than 47,000 migrants who were released from federal custody with instructions to report to an ICE office in a city of their choosing within 60 days never showed up, according to DHS data. @BillFOXLA·18h

In Brownsville, TX today, we once again witnessed repeated mass releases of single adult male illegal immigrants by ICE. We’ve now seen hundreds of men released from fed custody here in the last 24 hours.
