‘Motorist, 21, is perp-walked in handcuffs belonging to two Pennsylvania troopers she’s accused of murdering by ramming them after they pulled her over for DUI’

The shocking and tragic case unfolded around 1am on Monday, when Troopers Mack and Sisca pulled Webb over on suspicion of DUI – but then let her go free when they were called away to assist a man endangering himself by walking on the interstate.

About two miles down the interstate from where they pulled over Webb, the two troopers were helping the distressed pedestrian, 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras, get into their patrol car when Webb allegedly rammed into their police SUV at high speed, killing all three men.  

Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, (left and inset) was hit with felony charges on Tuesday after she allegedly rammed two troopers on I-95 just moments after they had pulled her over on suspicion of drunk driving, killing them as well as a pedestrian. Surrounded by steely-faced troopers, Webb hunched over silently in a grey hoodie as she was escorted out of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K barracks in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, wearing the handcuffs that had belonged to the two fallen troopers: Martin F. Mack III, 33, (top left) and Branden T. Sisca, 29 (bottom left). At around 1am on Monday, Troopers Mack and Sisca pulled Webb over on suspicion of DUI — but then let her go free when they were called away to assist a man endangering himself by walking on the interstate. Trooper Mack, 33, joined the state police in November 2014.

He was married with two children and lived in Bristol Township, Bucks County.

Sisca, 29, joined the force in February 2021. He graduated from West Chester University in 2014.

Both troopers spent their entire careers assigned to the Patrol Section of Troop K in Philadelphia.
