When folks are this desperate to get you to believe that up is down, black is white, and two plus two equals five, there’s a reason.
This administration, on the other hand, is the first in our nation’s history to reject the very idea of deterring illegal immigration.
The impact of all this on our schools, health care, infrastructure, etc. — not to mention the drugs and crime that are entering because Border Patrol has been turned into the Welcome Wagon — is huge. Maybe most important is the question of whether we can successfully assimilate such a flow. As Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said earlier this year, “just the sheer number of people overwhelms communities. And this idea of mass immigration . . . is not conducive to assimilating people into American society.”

A Town Near You? ICE Reveals Locations of Convicted Murderers It Freed

The 169 aliens with homicide-related convictions who were freed by ICE in 2013 were booked out of detention facilities in 24 different states, with the largest number in California, according to information provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). ICE records show that these convicted killers were associated with 96 different cities and towns across America. The city with the largest concentration was Miami, with seven convicted murderers freed by ICE, followed by Los Angeles with six.

U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen in Brownsville, Texas, issued the order in December. It explains and condemns how today’s crisis was created by President Barack Obama’s laxity and refusal to enforce our immigration laws. An estimated 10,000 unaccompanied children are being apprehended each month as they are smuggled into the U.S. yet permitted to stay. Military bases and facilities in Texas, Arizona and California are overflowing, so another 600 are being transferred to Fort Sill, Okla.
