Report: Biden’s “Sanctuary Country” policy allowing illegal immigrant sex offenders to be freed onto American streets

EAST CHICAGO, IN– Sanctuary policies across the country have made it safe for illegal aliens to commit major crimes in this country, and then go on to re-commit again without fear of deportation.
A court in East Chicago, Indiana, has just struck down the sanctuary policies that were put in place, ruling that they are a violation of a statewide ban on the sanctuary jurisdictions that intend on protecting illegal aliens rather than the citizens of the U.S.
Breitbart reported that late last week, Judge Thomas Hallett of Indiana’s Lake County Superior Court ruled that the sanctuary policies adopted in East Chicago — in response to President Trump’s pro-enforcement agenda — violated the state’s 2011 law that bans sanctuary jurisdictions.
IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox said in a statement:
“Sheltering illegal aliens from immigration authorities not only flagrantly violates duly-enacted Indiana law, but represents a serious public safety and national security risk,”
He went on to say:
“When cities such as East Chicago insist on putting the interests of illegal aliens above those of their own citizenry, they have to be stopped, and we are pleased the court did just that.”
